Kim has 25+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience, representing business leaders (never Landlords) in Pittsburgh, and over 220 U.S. markets. She launched her commercial real estate brokerage in 2009 (Cresa Pittsburgh), rebranded as Rise Pittsburgh.

Kim represents startups to Fortune 50 companies. Some of the firms Kim has represented include American Express, Duolingo, Vollmer, Innovation Works, Aurora, Castle Biosciences, Fidelity National, Allegheny Technologies, Inc., Aptiv, Dell, Motional, Castle Biosciences, Oracle, Wells Fargo, MassMutual, and FedEx Ground.

Kim has achieved the SIOR Office and Industrial designation awarded by SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Kim is also a LEED AP which prestigious designation is awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council.

As a former Co- Founder & CEO, Kim helped to build, launch, and scale a software PropTech company, growing it to over 200 US markets. This start-up became part of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) inaugural Reach Commercial Accelerator Program.

Kim is Vice-Chair of the Innovation and Technology Committee at SIOR Global. Kim also serves on the Community Advisory Board for Renewal, Inc. She recently served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Pittsburgh and was a member of the Women Presidents Organization.

Kim speaks in many cities across the country and volunteers at the Carnegie Mellon University Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship to mentor entrepreneurs. She was also the founding President for both CREW Pittsburgh and CoreNet Global Pittsburgh.

Kim has 4 children and an amazing husband who supports all of her crazy endeavors. Kim is an FAA Licensed Unmanned Aircraft Pilot. She was a competitive tennis player and most recently took up pickleball. She completed the Rachel Carson Challenge, a 350-mile bike ride with her daughter from Pgh to DC and the State College MS 150 ride. She most recently began hiking the Appalachian Trail in sections with a goal of completing the 2,190 mile hike. Click here to read about starting my adventures on the AT.
